WHEREAS, ±he City Planning i.ommission at public hearir.g on February 16, 1966 in
Resolution No~ 1938, S eries 1965-66 did grant Conditiona'1 Use Permit t•!o~ 813 permitti~~
"on-sale beer" in conjunction with a new restaurani; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested an interpretatior, as to the "on-sale of wine"
in conjun~tion with the previous granting o: "on-sale beer" with the servino of :o~d, s~~d
stipulation of hours oi operation to permit an additional hour on Friday and Saturday to
