A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 91~ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City oE Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom GULF OIL CORPORATION, 1R01 Avenue of the Stars, Los Angeles, Cali:ornia 90067, Uvners; MICHIELSEN AND ASSOCIATES, 2~0 North Wilshire Avenue, Ar,aheim, California, Agents of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County oi Orange, State oi Californi~, described in Exnibit "A° attached hereto and referred to herein as thougi; set forth in :ull ~ , ..~ ; and WHEREAS the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on February 15, 1~67, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in accordence with the provisions oEthe Aneheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence for and ageinst seid ptoposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommmdatians in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: SECTION 1R.64,020(3-a) t~ zb:ish a carwash in conjunction ~,vith an existing =_ervice station. 2. Thet the propoaed use will not adversely affect ;he edjoining land uses and the growth and development of ~ the area in which it ia propoaed to f~ loceted. ~ 3. Thet the size and sha;,,~e of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the i proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end generel welfare ' oE the Citizens of the City of Meheim. ~ 4. Thet the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5.
