on r zbruar; 15, 1°67, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notiee of seid public hearing heving been duly glven as required

and after due consideretion of all evidence ond reports offeced at said hearing, does find aad determine the following

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a aecessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim.
