EXCEPTI!;G THEREFROh1 tne South . .'_et thereof. ; and ' I WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the Ci[y of Anaheim on r 2bruar y 2?, 196', at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been du:y given as required by I law artd in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipa( code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence I. for and egainst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make finding~ end recommendations in connection ~ therewith; and 1VHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evideuce and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects: 1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel .Use Permit is authorizad by this Code, to wit: Section 1~.64.0?0(1-f) to permit the exp~nsion of an existinq ori~rate hioh ~...., . 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the g~oarth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. 1'hat the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular aree nor to the peace, health, safe[y, and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditians imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. ?hat no one aoneared in opposition to sub ect oetition. That the owners of subject property shall de~d to the City o: Anaheim a strip of land 27 feet in ~vidth, from the center line of the street, along Nlichita Avenue, :or street widening purposes and terminating at the northerly end iri a 5C :oot rzdius cul-de-sac. 2. That the owners of subject property shail pzy to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along La Palma Avenue, for street lighting nurpo=_es. 3. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with a~proved olans on file witn the office of the Director of Public '1Jorks. 4. That any air-conditioning facilities proposeo shall be properly shielu~_: :ron view. 5. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be compiied with c~rioi to the time that the Building Permit is issued or within a period of 1R0 days from date ~ereof, which- ever occurs first, or such further time as the Comission or City Council may grant. 6. That Candition Nos. 3 and 4, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspection=_. 7. That subject oroperty shall be developed substantially in accordance v~ith :~lan=_ and =pecifica±ions on file with the City oi Anaheim, mar4ed Exhibit ^]os. 1, 2, and 3, provided however that a 3-foot strip of landscaping with protective curbing hose bibbs ond =_orin'r.lers shall be provided in the La Palma Avenue setback, and thzt the new par~:ing area shzll con.`orm with the landscaping requirements of the C-1 Zone.
