That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City o; Anaheim the sum or 15~ per front foot along Beach Boulevard, for tree planting purposes. 2. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division of subject property be submitted to tne City of Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the office of the Oranae County Recorder. 3. That the owners of subject prooerty sha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the sum o.' ~2.00 oer front foot along Beach Bou~evard, for street lighting purnoses. 4. That trash storaae areas shall be provided ir~ accordance with approved ~lans on file with the office of the Director of Public VJor;;s. 5.
