WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified petition for Conditional
Use Permit from J. c. PRUET'f, 422 'Nest Hampshire P,ver.ue, Anaheim, Cal ifornia, Owner of certain
real r.roperty situated in the City of Anaheim, County o; Orange. State o:` Ca~ifornia, de=cribed
as Lot Nos. 1 and 2 of Tract ~!o. 1516

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
February 27, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigatian, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

Petition for Conditional Use Pertnit on the basis of the eforementioned findings.
