PC67-45 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF TNE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1~54 SE DENIED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance from CHARLES R. LARAWAY, 1R37 Greenleaf Avenue, Ar,aheim, California, Cv;ner o: certain real aroparty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californiz, de<cribeo a= Lot :dos. 2-7. 10-15, 1+~-23, 26-2R of Tract No. 3095 ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on ~ebruary 27, 1967, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by law and in accocdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear end considet evidence for and against said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of ell evideace and reports offeredat said heering, does find and determine the following facts: 1.
