to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subject Petition for Re,:lessification be epproved and, by so doing,
that TiUe 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code be emended to exc'~ude the above described property from the
, G 1, General Commerciai, Zone. limited to business and prof~s=ional uses only to the C-1, Gener~:l
Commercial, Zone, upon the follo~ving conditions which are nere~~, .°ound to be a necessary
orarequisite to the oroposed use of subject prooerty in order to pre=_erve the safety and general
