WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City oE Aneheim
on Febr~ary 27, 1957~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having bem duly given as required
by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for end egainst said proposed variance and to investigate end make findings and recommendations in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investi~etion, and study made by itself end in its behalf,
and efter due coasideration oE all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find end deteanine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests e variance from the Anaheim Municipel Code: to permit a 30-un;t : s; or;.

possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welface or injurious to the prop-

NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the Eollowing conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary p=erequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and genera( welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.

2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordanr.e lvith aoproved plans on file
:vith the o`fice o: the Directoz of Public Wor;cs.
3. That fire hydrants =_ha'_1 be installed as required and det=rminad to be nec=s=ary
by the Chief of the Fire P,epartment.
4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be comolied i~;ith prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
