That the requested variance will not be meterially detrimentel to the public welfare or injurious to the prop- erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located. ~. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Varience, upon the following conditions which are hereby found ta be a necessary precequisite to the pro- posed use oE the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 2. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chie` of the Fire Department. 3. That any air-conditioning facilities propo<_ed shall be properly shielded from view. 4. That subject orooerty shall be develooed substantially in accordance with o?zns and specifications on file with the City of P.naheim, marl:ed Exhibit No=. 1, 2, and 3.
