WHEREAS, the Ananeim Municipai Code, Chapter 1R,3R, 1R,40 and 1R,52 do not soecify
the inclusion of enr.?ose.1, semi-enclosed, drive-i.~ or walk-up restaurants ir, szid zones;
and
WHFREAS, vr:th the recommended adoption o: dz.`initions for enclosed, semi-enclosed,
drive-in or walk-up restaurants, amendments to the zioremeniioned Cnanters o` Titie iR
were deemed necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Co~nmission did hold a public hearing at tne City Hal:
in the City of Anaheim on January ~, 196', at 2:00 0'ciock P.M., notice of public hearino
having been duly qiven as required by law and in accordance w.ith tne provisions of the
Ar.aheim Municioal Code, to hear and corsider evioer.ce :or and against said o*oposed

by conditional use permit in the C-1 and C-2 Zones or.ly.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAiiF.IM
AMENDING TITLE 18, CHAPTERS 18.38.,
18,40, AND 18.52, SECTIONS 18.38.030,
18.38.040, 18.40,020 18.40.060 APiD
18.52.050 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLGWS:
SECTION 1
That Title 18, Chapter 18.38, Sections 18.38.030 and
18.38.040, Chapter 18.40. Sections 18.40.020 and 18.40.060 and
Chapter 18.52, Section 18.52.050 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be,
and the same is hereby amended as follows:
ZONE AFFECTED
C-0 SECTION 18.38.030 "OFFICE RELATED USES"
(6) Enclosed, restaurant and~or coffee shop. (No
drive-in or walk-up restaurants.)
C-0 SEC:ION 18.38.040 "CONDITIONAL USES"
(1), (C) Enclosed or semi-enclosed restaurant with
cocktail lounge.
C-1 SECTION 18.40.020 "PERMITTED USES"
(b) .19. Enclosed restaurant
C-1 SECTION 18.40.060 "~NDITIONAL USES"
(e) Semi-enclosed restaurant or drive-in or walk-
up restaurant.
M-1 SECTION 18.52.050 "CONDITIONAL USES"
(1)(g) Enclosed or semi-enclosed restaurant (with or
without cocktail lounge.)
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall cartify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30~ days frorn and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
