WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
P•pr i 1 10, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evideace

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and

to the proposed use of the aubJect property in ordet tc pee~eri,e the setety and serterel welfare ot the Citisees o[ the
, City of Aneheim:
1. That the owners of subiect prooerty shall pay to the City of AnaFieim the sum of $2.00
per front foot along Euclid Street, southerly 81 feet only, for street lighting purposes.
2. 7'hat the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per
, frnnt foot along Euclid Street, southerly 81 feet on1y, for tree planting purposes~
3. That the si.dewalks and driveways, shall be installed alono Euclid Street, southerly 81
feet only, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and speci-
fications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
4. That trash storage areas sha11 be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the of"rice of the Director of Public Works.
- ~C'i.~ 5. Tha+ the existing driveway on Eaclid Street, which is not to be used, shal] be rerr,oved
i;j and curb, yutter and sidewalks being *econstructed as required,by the City Engineer in
~t accordance with standard plans and specifications on file i.n the office of the City Engineer.
~i~ 6. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed sha11 be properly shielded :rom view.
7. That Condition PJos. 1 and 2, above mEntioned, shal] be complied with prior to the time
that the Building Permit is is<_ued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, whichever
~ occur= first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant.
