1VHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City oi Anaheim on
Aar i 1 1_ 0, :?o~ , at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in conncction
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
2. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to

2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses end the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. T'hat the size and shape of the site propased far the rse is adequate to atlow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, hea!th, safety, and general welfare
of Ihe Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, wi11 not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

Petition for Conditionol Use Permit, npon the following eonditions whlch ere hercby found to be a neeeasery precequtsite
to the proposed uae of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and genenl welhee of t~e Citi:ees of the
City of Anaheim:
:. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
per :ront foot along Harbor Eoulevard, for street lighting purposes~
2, That the owner of subject property shali pay to the City o'i Anaheim the sum of 15a
per front foot along Harbor Boulevard, for tree planting purpos?s.
3. That trash storage areas shal! be provided in accortiance with aoproved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Publ~c Works.
4. That fire hydrants =_hall be i~stailed as *equired and determined to be necessary by
tne Chief oi the Fire Department.
