PC 67-72RESOLUTION NO PC67-72 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1~6~ BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Verience from MARGARFI' HUTTO~~, 1206 Rood Avenue, Grand Junction, Colorado R1501, O~,,mer; AUGUST VILJAK, 511 North Zeyn, Anaheim, California 92R05, Aqent of certain reai property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Grange, State o; California, described as Lot 5 in Elock B of Tract No. 143, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 11, page 3R, N~iscellaneous Maps, records of '~~ said Orange County i ; ~:.r ~ ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Acr i 1 10, 1967, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for and dgainst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and st~dy mede by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. Tnat no one app~ared in oppo=_ition to suoje~t oetition~ V 1-G _ 1_ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro- posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. I'hat the owner of subject property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip o: land 10 feet in width, from the center line of the allay, for alley widening purposes. 2. That the owner of subject property sha11 pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 1~¢ Fer front foot along Zeyn Street, for tree planting purposes. 3. That the sidewalks, curbs and gutters shal] be repaired alona Zeyn Street, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard p'.ans and specification= on file in the office of the Citv ~~gineer. 4. 'fhat trash storaqe areas shall be orovided in sccordance with approved plan~ on file ,g~ with the office of the Director of Public VJorks. 5. That the owner of subjec;t property shall pay to the City of knaheim the sum of $25.00 per dw~lling unit to be u=,ed for parl: and recreation purposes, said amount to be naid at the tim~ the building p2rmit is issu~d. 6. That Condition Nos. 1 and ~, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time that the Building Permit is issueJ or v,~ithin a period of 180 days fr.om date hereof, whichever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant. 7.
