A RESOLUTION OF TNE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Reclassifica-

IVHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Aoril 24, i9679 at 2:00 o'clock P.A1., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evi-
dence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, a(ter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due considecation of al] eviaence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above desccibed property from the R-3, Multiole F~mi1y

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
