That trash storage areas sha11 be provided in ~..~ordance with aporoved plans on .`ile with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. Thst any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view. 6.
