'-~--- .............. ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Maheim Ctty Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Councll oE the City of Anaheim thet subfec! Petition for Reclassificetion be epproved end, by so doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the ebove described propeRy from tti~ R-A, Agricuiiural and C-1, General Cpmmerciai, Zone to the C-R, Commercial Recreation, Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to tf.: • proposed use of subje~t property in order to preserve the safety and general weifare of the citizens of tha City of Anaheim~ 1. That dedication shall be made to the City of Anaheim on all streets within the area, accordiny to t~:e Circulation Element of the General Plan Highway Right Of Way, prior to tne adoption of the ordina;. e rezoning the ~roperty. 2. That a:l enqineering requirements of the City of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shali be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and speci ~~ fications on file in the office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developedo ~ 3. Tnat the owners of subject property shall pay to tne City of Anaheim tne sum of ~2000 ~'~ per iront foot for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the pro~^rty ~'~ ~ is developed~ ~~i 4.
