USE PERMIT N0. F353~ THERETO
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on June 20, 1~56, at public hearinq granted
Conditional U=_e Permit No. 853 in nart, subject to cunditions; and
WHERE4S, Condition No. 1 of Resolvtion No. 2080, Series 1965-65 required the
dedication of a strip of land 40 :eet in width from the center ]ine of the street,
~ along Anaheim Boulevard, on ti~e basis that the General Plan Circulation Eiement ~ro-
jected street widening along said street; and '
WHEREASS upon reviewing the List of Excepticn=_ o: said Hiahway Rights-of-Play,
Circulation Element of thz General Plan it was determined that dedication was not
raauired, however, building setbacE: was reouired at 40 ieet .`rom the centerline oi
Anaheim Boulevardo
_ NOW, THFREFORE, BE IT kESOLVED that the City Planninq Commission of the City
of Anaheim does hereby amend Condition 'io. 1 of Resolution ilo. 2080, Serie= 1965-55,
dated June 20, 1965,orantinu in oart Conditional Use Permit No. 853~ to read as
follows:
"1~ That the owners of subject prooerty shall maintain the b~ilding
setback proposeo for subject property, 40 feet from the center
line of the ~treet, alonq Anaheim Boulevard,"
