A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF AI4AHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR VARIAIJCE N0. 1861 BE DEfJIED BY OPERATIOI~~ OF LAW

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified
Fetition for Variance from HOWARD LOUDON, 1412 Jan~-n Way, ALUIN BAKER, 128 West Sycamore
Street, Anaheim, California, Owners; CHURCHMAN's E'C~:!DATIOh, 3126 Los Fe:iz Boulevard, Los
Angeles 90039, Ro CUMMINGS AND ASSOCIATES, 99 South Chester, Pasadena, Californis 91101,
Agents of certair~ real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Oranga, State of
California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set
forth in full

WHEREAS, tiie City Plannin9 Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in
the City of Anaheim on March 27, and Mey 89 1967, at 2:00 0' clock P„M., notice of said
public hearing having been duly given as rPouired by law and in accordance with the
~ provisions oi the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed variance and to investioate and ma::e iindings and recommenda-
tions in connection therewith; and
WHERFAS, said Commission, ar"ter due inspection, investigation, and study made by
itself and in its behalf, and after due consideratiun o; all evidence and reoorts of;ered
at said hearing, does find and determine the iollowing facts:

' 5. That the City Attorney ruled that as a result of a tie vote the Variance vaas
denied by operation of law ar.d advised the petitioner of hioh rights o: appeal.
6. That over 100 persons appeared in opposition, petitions signed by 875 persons
were received also in opoosition, that 4 persons appeared in favor, and that petitions
signed by 199 persons were received in favor of subject petition.
