; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission 9*anted Variance ,lo~ 770 in Resolution Noa 263
^':~~ dated July 1, 1957, to permit partia? conversion of an existing residence into a modeling
,~ school; and
° PJHEREAS, the petitioner has not exercised the use permitted, and subsequently the
'~ residential structure was removed from the property; and

VJHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 931 was granted for the same property by the
~ Planning Commission tday 8, 196'_, for the establishment of a rest-home.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Plan~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim
does hereby terminate ali proceedings on Variance No~ 770, based on the foregoing findin9sa
