A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIOIdAL USE PERMIT 941 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Mahelm did receive e veriEied Petition for Conditional

ORTHODOX CHURCH, 625 South Euclid, Anaheim, California 92802, Ager.ts of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described ir cxhibit

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
May 8~ :967, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisicns of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use end to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, iavestigation, and study made by itseIf and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the ptoposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code:
Section 18,6Ao020(1-~ to temporarily permit cnurcn offices, a langu~ge school and ~imited
cnurch services in an existing residential structure, and the eventua construc~ion oF
oermanent church facilities pn the propertl~.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely e[fect the edjoining land uses end the growth end development of
the area in which it is proposad to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditiona] Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5, That tne tra*fic generated by the proposed us2 will not imoose an undue burden upon
ti~e streets and 'nighways desigr.ed and imoroved to carry tne traf:ic in the area~
