WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience from
GEORGE VAPJDEP!BEh3, 1112 Plorth Lowell Street, Santa Ana, Californ:e 9~-03, Owner; HAROLD L. RAAB,
14482 Beach Boulevard, Suite I, We:,tminster, California 92683, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Californiz, described as Parcel 1:
All of Lots 3 and 4 in Block 17 0.` a Subdivision of the South half of Section 21, in Township
4 South, Range 10 Vlest, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, as per map thereof recorded in book 1,
at oage ~3, of htiscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County. EXCEPTING the Plorth 30 feet
thereof

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
Apri1 8, 1968, et 7:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering heving been duly given aa required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18,68, to hear and consider evidence for
and arninst said proposed variance and to investigate and make findings end recommendetions in connection therewith;
and
WNFREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself ond in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at seid heorin~, does find a~d detecmine the following
fects:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipal Code as .`O1'_o::s, to pzrmit development

the oroperty or class of use in the same vicinity znd zone.
4. That the requested variance is necessary ror the oreservation and enjoy~nent of a
substantiaIl property right possessed by other prooerty in the same vicinity and zone, and denied
to the property in question.
5. That the requested variance ~.vill not be mate.:ially detrimental to the public welfare
or injurious to the orooerty or imorovements in such vicinity and zone in ~r~hich the oroperty is
located.

Petition for Veriance, upon the following conditiona which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequ sigeeto Ihe prot
posed use of the suoject property in order to preserve the safety end ge~eral welfare of the Citizens cf the City of
Anaheim:
1. That this vari~nce is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification ~lo, b7-bE•-6~
2. That subject property shall be developed su~stantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 ti~ru 16; provided that
f'ire hydrant locations shail be subject to the approval of the Fire Chief and the Development
Services Department.
