of the northwest quart er of Section 24, beinq a part of lot 41 in Township 4 South, Range 1C

WHEREAS, said Commiasion, after dua iaspection, inveetigetion, and atudy mode by iteelf ~nd in its be-
half, ~nd after due consideration oF all evidence and reports otEered at said hearin~, dots find ~nd determine the
following fscts:
1. Thatthe Comrr,ission proc~oses a re~lassification oc the above described property
from the County P.1, Gzneral Agricultural District to the City of Anaheim R-A, Agri~ultural,
Zon e.
2. That the proposed reclassification would have no ef:ect on the General Plan.
3. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is necessary ana/or
desirable for the orderly and proper develooment of the community.
4. ihat the prooosed reclassifi.cation of subject prooerty does oroperly relate to
the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject
property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the
c:ommunity.
5. That subject property has other zoninq action pending on it, however, the
property should be rezoned to the R-A Zone at such time as the pending annexation is
certified by the Secretary of State and recorded with the Orange County Recorder.

~'OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planniny Commission does
hereby recornmend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject Petiton foi•
Reclassification be approved and that permanent City of Anaheim R-A, Ag.ri.cultural,
Zoning be established on the above described property at such time as the Ser,retary
of State has certified the pending annexation and the annexation has been recorded in
the office of the Orange County Recorder.
