That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of A~aheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot along Mills Drive and Emiiy Street,f or street iighting purposeso 3. That the sidewalks shali be repaired alonq Mills Drive and Emiiy Street, as ieyuired by the Ciiy ~ngineer and in accordance witl~~ standard plans and soeciiications on file in the office oF the City Engineer~ ~_~ 4.
