PC6B-i10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING OJMMISSION OF THc CITY OF A~AHEIM RECAhWiENDING THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM EXECUTE A WR~TTEIJ ~NSENT "f0 THE Aiv1ENDh;Ei1T TO DEED RESTRICfIONS HERETOFORE IMPOSED BY THE DELETION OF SAID DEED RESTRICfIONS THF~ETO WHEREAS, the City Council in Ordinance No. 1659 dated December 21, 1961y coveriny Reclassification No. 61-62-24, establishing deed restrictions on the following described property as depicted on Hxhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full, limiting said uses as set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission received a veri.'ied petit2on dated March 11, 1968, proposing to deletE deed restrictions on Reclassific~tion No. 61-62-24 as deoicted in Reclassification No. G'-o8-65 in order to permit the full range of C-1, General Comm?*~ial, Zone uses; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 8, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provis~ions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed reclassification to delete said deed restrictions, and to investigate and make findinos and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHF.f?F.EtS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports off ered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That an existing service station is located to the south of subject property. 2. That the petitioner proposes to expand the existing service station and replace it with a ranch style residential type facility. 3. That easier access and exit from the proposed service station facility will be achieved if permitted to expand. NOW, T!~ REFORE, BE IT RE50LVcD that the City Planning Commi=sion of the City of Anaheim does her`eby recommend that the City Council of the City of Anaheim execute a ~rrritten consent to the deletion of deed restrictions heretofore imposed on the above described property in order to allow the full ranae of C-•1, General Commercial, Zone uses under Petition for Reclassification No. 67-66-65 unconditionally.
