PC 68-111, -f , , RESOLUTION N0. p~68-111 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF1~HE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 15 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Pianning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional Use Permitfrom DONALD Ma AND ALFENE B, WILEY, 130 Bryant Court, Exeter, California, Owners; UDIIOPI OIL COMPANY, P.O, Box 7600, Terminal Annex, Los Anyeles, California 90054, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot Nos. 77, 78 and '79 of Tract Noa 2402 a 1 ; and ~ WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 8~ 1968, at 7;00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence ' for and agair.st said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection ~ ';~ therewith; and r_ WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideracion of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: ~ 1, That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Pertnit is authorized by Code: Se~:tio ` 18.~10.060(c) to wit: establish an automobiie service station within 75 feet of a residentialn ~ zone, with waiver of: i ~';t ii SECTION 18,40.070(2-a-5-a) and ~ ~ ;' 18.40.070(3-a) - PJ~inimum reguired buildino setback and buildinq '~ heiqht limitation (Code requires a setback equal j"` to twice the height of the building; 5 feet i ''; proposed). That the granting of the Conditional Use Pennit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. i:;Y 5. That trash storage areas shall be rrovided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That al] exterior lighting shall be directed downward and away from abutting property lines. ; 4. That Condition IJos. 2 and 3, abo~ie mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoniny inspections.
