WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Nell in the City of Anaheim on
April 22, 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P,M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in acrnrdance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear and consider evidence for
and against said prcposed variance and to investigate end make findings end recommendetions in connection the:ewith;
and
1VHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered ~ seid hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipel Code, as follows, to permi.t thc
replacement of an existing free-standing siqn with a la*ger sign:

Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which are haeeby found to be a necessary prerequisite to Fhe pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, Revision No. 1.
