That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification 'r:o. 67•-68-86. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on fiie with the office of the Director of Public Works. 3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required and determined to be necessary by the ~hief of the Fire Department. 4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. 5. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3; provided, ~ however, that a 3-foot strip of landscaping shall be planted at the terminus of the stub-•end of , i ''~~; ~ Minerva Avenue. ,~4 ,~,.;;: 6.
