WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience from
THOMAS H. VETT,ER, M.D., 1701 South Euclid Street, Anaheim, California 92802, Owner of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as Lot No. 17 of Tract No. 2177
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
May 20, 1968 ~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said

lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code,llChepter 18.68, to heer nd consider evidence for
and against said proposed variance and to investigate end make findings end recommendations in connection therewith;
and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following
facts:
1. That the petitioner requests a veriance from the Aneheim Municipal Code as follows in o*der to permit
the office use of a residential structure:

petitioner proposes to provide parking within the front

NOW, THEREFORE, BE TI RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby deny subject
Petition for Variance on the besie of the aforementioned findings.
