RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 67"68•-91 BE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the Ciiy of Anaheim did recelve a verified Petition for Reclassifica-
tionfrom WILLIAM DEVELOPM£NT NRPORATION, P.O~ Box B, Newport Beach, California 92660, Owner;
WFSTPORT FINANCIAL ~RPORATION, 914 East Katella Avenue, Anaheim9 California 92805, Agent of

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
; June 3y 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public hearing heving been dul
~ !aw and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipa] Code, Chepter 18,72, ;o hear and considetevidence
_ for and ageinst seid proposed teclessification and tn investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end

WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered et seid hearing, does find ond determine the following facts:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-2, hlultiple Family
Residential, Zone to the R-2-500, One Famiiy, Zone to subdivide subject property into 48 R-2-
5000 zoned lots.
2. That the oroposed reclassification i; in conformance with the General P1an.
3. That the proposed reclessification of subject property is necessery and/or desireble tor the orderly and pro-
per developnrent of the community.
4. That the proposed reclessification ot subject p:~perty does properly relete to the zones and their permitted
uses locally established in close proximity to subject property end to the zones and their permitted uses generally esteb-
lished throughout the community.
5. That the proposed reclassification of s~bject property requires the dedication and
improvement of abutting streets in accordance with the Circulation Element of the General Plan,
due to the anticipated increase in traffic which will be generated by the intensification o:
land use.
6. That the petitioner stipulated to backing all lots to Lewis Street for the easterly
lots of the oroposed subdivision.

in the office of the Orange County Recorder.
