Th~t tbc Planning Commission proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone to the C-0, Commercial Office, Zone. 2. That subject reclassification was cortsidered in conjunction with General Plan Amendment No. 102, 3. That the proposed reciassification is premature for consideration of a more intense land use at this time, and should be reconsidered on an area basis upon request by the property owners in the area. 4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and/or desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community. 5. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not prooerly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the community. 6. That 7 persons appeared representing 30 persons present in the Council Chamber in opposition, and that 2 persons appeared in favor of subject petition.
