'I'hatthe Planning Commission p~oooses a reclassification of the above described property from the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone to the C-0, Commmercial Ofiice, Zone. 2. That the scope of the proposed reclassification, if approved, does not warrant an amendment to the General Plan at the present time, however, its relationship to the General Plan symbol will be considered at the next annual review. 3. That the oroposed reclassification of subjec~ p:op?rty is not necessary andjor desirable for the orderly and proper development of the community. 4. That the Commission finds that after considerable testimony and discussion, together with a field inspection of the property, that the size and shape of the lots, even after ultimate dedication, mar:es them suitable for residential retention~ 5. That the proposed reclassification could have a deleterious affec,t on the adjoining properties to the north and east, which are primarily developed with sing!e fami)y homes. 6.
