A RESOLUT[ON OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE C17'Y OF ANAFIEIII
'I'HAT PE1'ITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. ~~~'''' BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom VOGE, IPlCORPORATED, 7601 Crenshaw Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90043, Owner;
ROBERT W. ORR, 336 North Central, Glendale, California 91203, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit

"A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full

; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
June 1~, 1968, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and agair.st seid proposed conditional use and to ino•estigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code
~ar.tion 18.40,06Q( ) to wit:
9 permit on-sale beer and wine in cnnjunction with an existing
restaurant on subject property.

2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and th~ growth and development oF
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3, That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welEsre of
the Citizens of tne City of Anaheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Pecmit under the conditions imposed, if any, wil] not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and generai welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5. That the serving of beer and wine shall be incidental to the serving of food, and
that it shall be served at tables only, and not as a beer bar operation.
6. That one person appeared in conditional opposition to possible on-sale liquor on
subject property.
