A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
~ TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 780

i WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission in Resolution No. 1842, S eries 1965-66 granted
~onditional Use Permit No. 780, subject to conditions, to permit the establishment of a
travel trailer park on the property; and
WHEREAS, four extensions of time have been granted, the last expiring May 5, 1968;
and

-~^'i „~ WHEREAS, a letter from the agent for the petitioners dated May 10, 1968, has been
~~;~; received indicating their intent to terminate all proceedings for said petition.

r;~ NOW, I'HEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby terminate
~ all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 780, on the basis that the petitioners do
`f not plan to exercise the use of the property as requested.
