PC 68-19RESOLUTION NO PC68-19 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1939 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive e verified Petition for Variance from MRS. JOHN J. CYPRIEN, 120 North Sunkist, Anaheim, Cali:ornia 92~06, and BANK OF AMERICA, RO1 North Main Street, Santa Ana, California 92701, Owners; JOHN Fo CYPRIEN, 847 North Cambridge, Orange, California 92667, Fgent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County ~ of Orange, State of California, desc:ibed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and re:erred to herein as though set forth in full # ~ ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on January 15, 196Ay at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and considez evidence for and agains2 said proposed variance and to investigete and make findings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behelf, and after due consideration oE all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not epply generally to the praperty or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. • 3. Tha[ the requested veriance is necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial pzoperty right possessed by other property in the seme vicinity end zone, and denied to the proper[y in question. 4. All stre2t and sidewalk improvements in said right-o:-way are to be installed at the sole exoense o: the City. 2. That subject prooerty shall be developed substzntially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibii No~ 1.
