TH~ CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT OJNDITIONAL USE PFRMIT N0. 872 B~ TERMINATED
WHER~AS, the Planning Commission on August 15, 1966, granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 872, to permit establishment of a beer bar. in a shopping center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 6, 1966, ordered a review for Conditional
Use Permit No. 872, and set said petition for public hearing on September 27, 1966; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on September 279 1966, in resolution No. 66R-617 did
grant Conditional Use Permit No. 872; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on February 26, 1968, in Resolution No. PC68-50
did grant Conditional Use Permit No. 1001 to permit on-sale liquor in an existing
restaurant; and
WYEREAS, the City Council on March 19, 1968, concurred in the Commission's action
bY ta!ing no action; and
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Permit No. 1001 supersedes Conditional Use Permit No. 87~,
therefore the latter petition is no longer in eff ect.
NOW, TY,cREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning ~ommission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Conditional L'se Permit No. 872 be
terminated on the basis that the use has been superseded by a later petition namely
Conditional Use permit No. 1001.
