A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING ~MMISSION OF TH£ CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATIiVG ALL PROCEEDINGS ON ~NDITIONAL US~ PERMIT N0. 894

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on November 7, 1966, in Resolution No. PC66-138
granted Conditional Use Permit No. 894 to permit the establishment of a 12-story office
buiiding, subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, two extensions of time have been granted with the latter extension stipulating
that the additional six month period was contingent upon dedication of a strip of land
for street widening purposes along Katella Avenue to be made nn later than April 8, 1968;

WHEREAS, numerous attempts have been made by the Development Services Department
staff to contact the agent for the petitioner regarding the required street dedication;
k~owever to this date no evidence was submitted that the petitioner intends to make such
dedication or that he intends to pursue the privileges granted under Conditional Use Permit
No. 894;
NOW, THEREFURE, BH IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Co;nmission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Conditional Use Permit No. 894, on the
basis that the petitioner has failed to comply with the necessary conditions within the
allotted time after two previous extensions of time were granted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 27th day of June, 1968.
