RESOLUTION N0. PC68-193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING WMMISSION OF THE CI7Y OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATIUG ALL PROCEEDINGS ON VARIANCE N0. 1917
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on October 9, 1967, in Resolution No. PC67-228
granted Variance No. 1917 to permit the establishment of a commercial building with certain
waiver~ subject to conditions; and
WHERc'AS, the time limitation of 180 days expired, and the petitioner was contacted
to determine whether he intended to exercise the variance granted by the Commission; and
WHEREAS, the petiti.oner advised the Staff that he dicl not intend to exercise the
Variance due to the fact that the negotiations for the property failed to materialize, and
requested that all proceedings be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORH, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings on Variance No. 1917 on the basis that the
petitioner has indicated he does not intend to exercise the variance and requested
termination of all proceedings.
