A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1994 HE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City nlanning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Varience
from GENE AND OLIVE STINSON, 1226 West Cerritos Avew e, Anaheim, Calzfornia 92802, Owners;
DIANA L. STINSON, 1226 West Cerritos.Avenue, Anaheim, California 92802, Agent.of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as

possessed by other propedy in the seme vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested veriance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfate or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located.
