Thet the proposed use will not edversely affect the adjoining laad uses and the growth end development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3, That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the pmposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particular erea not to the, peace, health, safety, and general welfere of . the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. Thet the granting of the Conditional IIse Pecmit under the conditions imposed. if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfate of tha Citizens of the City of Meheim. ~ ' 5. That this conditional use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification No. 67-68-68. . 2. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound shall b~ buffered from ad3acent residential homes. 3.' That the. owner of subj ect property shall dedicate all access rights to La Palma Avenue to the City of Anaheim, except aa permittEd under the Specific Plan of Access. 4. That Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final _ building and zoning inspections.
