RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commisaion did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
July 1~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of seid public heering having been duly given as required by
!ew and in accordance with the prov3eions oF the Maheim Municipal Code, Chepter 16.72, to hear and conaider evidence
for and egainst said p~oposed reclassification end to investigete end meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, iavestigation, and study made by itself and in its behelf, end
efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said heering, does find and determine the following facts:

1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassiEicetion of the above described property from the R-A~ Agricultural,
Zone to the R-1, One Family Residential, Zone.
2. That the proposed reclassification is in conformance with the General Plan and~the
existing land use and zoning in this area.
