2. That no evidence was submitted that would substantiate approval of subject
petition by p~:mitting a billboard more than twice the display area as required by_Code. ~
3..That granting subject petition would establish an undesirable precedent for
similar requests for the remaining 49 billboards located at appropriate; sites, as a matter i
of right, ther-eby destroying the aesthetics which have been established and are being
established for a more attractive city.
4. That the inclusion of a conditional use permit in the Ordinance to allow for the
increase of the size.of the display area.of a billboard was.provided in order to grant
larger billboards where it appeared they would not harm the appearance or investment ~
potential of the surrounding area; therefore, these situations must'be truly unique before !
fevorable.consideration is given. ?
5. That the.proposed use will adversely aff ect the adjoining land uses and the ~
growth and development af the area, and woulc~ be detriment~l to the peace, health, safety, ~
and qeneral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

Petitioa for Conditional Uae Permit on the basis of the aforementioned findings.
