That .th3.s conditiona.l use permit is granted subject to the completion of Reclassi- fication slo. 68-69-10, 2. That .trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office nf the Director of Public Works. 3. That an adequate turn around at the south end of the subject property shall be provid , as determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 4. That fire hydrants shall be ins~alled as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department. 5. That a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the installation of a 6-f.oot masonry wall along the east and south property lines. 6. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound shall be buff ered from.ad,jacent residential homes. 7. That parking areas shall be lighted.with down-lighting a maximum 6-feet in height and shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. 8. That Condition Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, above mentioned, shall be complied with pr.ior to final.building and zoning inspections. 9.
