That the petitioner proposes a ceclassification of the ebove described property from the R-q~ pgriCUltural ~ Zone to the R-3,.Multiple Family Residential, Zoneo ~ I 2. That although.the General Plan indicates low-medium density for subject property zoning actions approved by the City Council for property immediately to the north and one lot removed to the south indicate medium density would be appropriate land use in this general area. ~ 3. That the proposed reclessification of subject property is necessery and~or desirable tor the orderly and pra per developncent of the community. 4. Thet the proposed reclassificetion of subject property does groperly relate to the zones and theit permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generaliy estab- lished throughout the community. That the owner of subject pr.operty shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 .: i per fr.ont, fAAt .along Velare Street,. for street l.ighting purposes. ,, , 2.
