PC 68-22; RESOLUTION N0. p~68-22 ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0.1940 BE APPROVED IN PART WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of.Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Veriance from S.I.R. DEVELOPNEM' ~MPANY, INCORPORATED, 1314 South Brookhurst Street, Anaheim, California 92R04, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and re`erred to herein as though set ~,I ~ forth in :ull ~JP1fr l ,'4 ,I ~f ~'~ ; and. ~ ' WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on January 15~ 1968~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by I~ law and in acmrdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipe] Code, Chapter 18.68, to hear end consider evidence for and egainst said proposed variance and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection therewith; ~,I and ~ WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigatian, and study mede by itself and in its behalf, i~ und efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following ~ facts: 1. Petition for Variance, upon the following rnnditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequ siteeto I(he prot posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1. That a Final Tract Map of subject property be approved by the City Council and recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder. 2. That all lots shall be developed with a minimum of 10 feet between structures on ~ adjacent lots, and in no event shall this building separation be reduced to less than 10 feet.
