indicated tha.t a 30-Poot half-width atreet would be acceptable in lieu of requiring the
petitioner to provide a 54-foot wide atreet; however, the petitioner indicated that he
could not provide this additional 10 feet, ba.eing his reaeoning on the fact that he
would be prov3.dittg circulation for other properties and that their atandard plan of ~
development did not provide for the utilization or need of the reco~ended atreat.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subject Petition for Reclessification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
