profesaional officea to the C-1, General Commercial, Zone,
2.' That the acope of the propoaed reclasaification, if approved, doea not warrant
an amenc~nent to the General Plan at the present time; however,,ita xelationahip to the
General Plan symbol will~be conaidered at the next annual review.
3• That no land uaes had ta.ken place to warrant favorable conaideration of the
request to remove deed reetrictiona.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the pnaheim City planning Commissiort does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
