A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ~-
TERMINATING ALl PROCEEDINGS ON CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 739 i

WHEREAS~ the Cit Planning Commission on August 16~ 1965 in Resolution No. I
1'J32~ Series No. 1 ~
~,6 -66 granted permission to establishment of a restaurant ~
with a cocktail lounge on property located on the east side of Kraemer Boulevard ~
(Dowling Avenue) approximately 530 feet north of the centerline of Miraloma ~
Avenueg and

WHEREAS~ the petitioners have not completed any of the conditions of ap-
provalg and -
WHEREAS~ building plans have been received in the Development Services
Department which indica4e the property will now be ~eveloped for industrial
purposes~ {herefore~ the subject petition is considered null and void.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission of the City ~
ef Anaheim does hereby terminate all proceedings ~n Conditional Use Permit No. 739,
on the basis that the petitioners have not exercised the use permitted and in-
dustrial development is now occuring on the property. ~
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day of
