That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Peimit is authorized by ~ode: Section 18.40.060(e), to wit: establirh a drive-through and walk-up restaurant with an outdoor eating area on subject property. 1~ 2. Thet the proposed use will nat adversely affect the edjoining lend uses end the growth and development of the aeea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site pmposed for the nse is adequate to allow the ful! development of the ` 'T pmposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of ~ • the Citizms of tne City of Anaheim. 4. Th~t any air-conditioning facilities pxoposed shall be properly shielded from view, ~ and the sound shall be buffered from adjacent resider~tial.homes. ~ 4.
