A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ` '
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2003 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did teceive a verified Petition for Variance from

and against said proposed variance and to investigate end make findirtgs and recommendations in connection therewith;

WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following

3, That ther e was no evidence submitted proving a hardship existed because of the size, i
shape and land development problems of subject property to warrant favorable consideration of ~~
f the waivers requested.
~ 4.. That.ther e are no •exceptional or.extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable ~
to the property involved-or to the intended use of the c~rope~'ty that do not apply generally to
the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone.
g. That the requested variance is not necessary for the preservation and enjoyment of a

Veriance on the basis of the aforementioned findings.
